1. No Account or Login Required

Cover does not require you to create an account or log in to use the App.

We do not require you to provide your name, username, password, or account credentials to use the core features of the App.

We collect and process information only as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide the features of the App.

2.1 Usage and Analytics Data

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App and to improve the user experience.

Analytics information may include:

• Screen or feature interactions

• Events triggered while using the App

• General device and application information

• App version

• Operating system information

• General technical information

• Other diagnostic or usage information made available through Firebase Analytics

We may use Firebase Analytics events to understand how features such as templates, widgets, sticker tools, AI features, ringtone tools, and other functions are being used.

We do not use Firebase Analytics to create a user account for you.

3. Crash and Diagnostic Information

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify, investigate, and fix crashes, errors, and technical problems.

Crashlytics may collect information such as:

• Crash reports

• Device information

• App version

• Operating system information

• Technical diagnostic information

• Anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers

• Information relating to the circumstances of a crash or technical error

4. Photos, Videos, and Audio

Cover may allow you to select or access media from your device when you choose to use features that require media.

The types of media that may be accessed include:

• Images — such as photos and other image files.

• Videos — such as videos selected from your device.

• Audio — such as music, sound files, recordings, and other supported audio files.

We access media only when you choose to use a feature that requires it.

For example, you may use your own media to create covers, logos, templates, stickers, audio files, ringtones, alarm sounds, charging sounds, or other content.

Your selected media is not automatically uploaded to our servers simply because you use the App.

5. Local Storage, Drafts, and Saved Data

Cover provides functionality that allows you to create and save drafts, projects, designs, templates, settings, and other content locally on your device.

Where content is stored locally:

• The content remains on your device.

• We do not maintain a server-side account containing your local drafts.

• We do not require a login to access your locally saved work.

• Deleting the App may permanently delete locally stored drafts, projects, settings, and other locally stored App data.

If you delete the App, locally stored App data may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

You are responsible for keeping copies of any content that you want to preserve.

6. Sticker Extension and Widgets

Cover may provide functionality through Sticker Extensions, Widgets, or other App extensions.

These features may access information or content that is necessary to provide the functionality you request, such as stickers, designs, saved content, or other locally available App data.

Extension and Widget functionality is intended to operate with the data required for the requested feature.

We do not use these features to create a separate user account or require you to provide login credentials.

Where information is stored locally by an extension or widget, it remains subject to the storage and deletion behavior of the applicable device and App.

7. Templates and Creative Features

Cover provides creative tools and templates that may include:

• Instagram Highlight Covers

• Covers

• Logos

• Music-related templates

• Instagram Highlight designs

• Stickers

• Other graphic templates and creative content

You may customize these features using content selected or created by you.

Any images, videos, audio, text, or other content that you add to a project remains your responsibility.

You should only use content that you have the necessary rights or permission to use.

8. AI Voice Generation

Cover provides an AI-powered voice generation feature.

The feature allows you to enter text and convert that text into audio using an available AI-generated or popular voice.

When you use the AI Voice Generation feature:

• The text you provide may be securely transmitted to a third-party AI service for processing.

• The third-party AI service processes the submitted text to generate the requested voice audio.

• The generated audio may be returned to the App for use by you.

• AI-generated voices may vary and results may not always be identical, accurate, unique, or predictable.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated audio will meet your expectations.

Responsible Use of AI Voice Features

You must not use AI voice generation to:

• Impersonate another person for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

• Create misleading or fraudulent content.

• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person.

• Generate unlawful or abusive content.

• Misrepresent AI-generated audio as authentic audio from another person.

• Violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.

• Create content for illegal activities.

You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use the generated audio.

9. AI Ringtone Generation

Cover may provide AI-powered ringtone or audio-generation functionality.

Depending on the feature, you may be able to create or generate ringtone and sound content using supported audio, video, or image content.

When you use an AI ringtone feature:

• The content you provide or select may be securely processed by a third-party AI service when required for the requested feature.

• The relevant content may include audio, video, or images.

• The third-party service may process the submitted content to generate or create the requested ringtone or audio.

• Generated results may vary and may not always be identical, accurate, unique, or predictable.

We do not guarantee that generated ringtone or audio content will meet your expectations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any audio, music, video, images, recordings, or other content that you process through the App.

10. Audio and Ringtone Features

Cover may provide tools that allow you to create or process audio content, including:

• Creating ringtones

• Creating audio from videos

• Extracting audio from videos

• Converting supported audio formats

• Creating MP3 files from supported media

• Creating alarm sounds

• Creating charging sounds

• Editing or processing audio

• Creating other supported sound files

These features may process media that you select or provide.

Where processing is performed locally on your device, the relevant media remains on your device.

Where a feature requires third-party or AI processing, the relevant content may be securely transmitted to the applicable service to provide that feature.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any music, audio, video, recordings, images, or other content that you process through the App.

11. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Certain AI-powered features may require processing by third-party AI or technology service providers.

Depending on the feature you choose to use, information such as:

• Text

• Other content submitted by you

may be securely transmitted to the relevant service provider for processing.

For AI Voice Generation, the text you provide may be transmitted to the applicable AI service to generate the requested voice audio.

For AI ringtone or audio-generation features, audio may be processed when required by the selected feature.

We use such services only when necessary to provide the requested feature.

Third-party service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

12. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Cover may offer paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

When you purchase a subscription or other digital product:

• Payment processing is handled through the applicable app store or payment platform.

• We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card details.

• We may receive information necessary to verify or provide access to your purchased subscription or feature.

• Subscription status may be used to determine access to premium features.

Subscriptions are managed through the account used to make the purchase.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the subscription settings associated with your purchase account.

Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily provide a refund for a period that has already been charged. Refunds are subject to the applicable store or payment provider's policies.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should also take reasonable steps to protect your device and any content stored on it.

Locally Stored Data

Content such as drafts, projects, designs, settings, and other locally stored data may remain on your device until you delete it or remove the App.

When the App is deleted, locally stored App data may also be permanently deleted.

Analytics and Crash Data

Analytics and crash information may be retained by the relevant third-party service providers according to their respective retention policies.

Because Cover does not require a user account, we do not maintain a personal account database containing your App projects or drafts.

17. Children's Privacy

Cover is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not require users to create an account or provide personal information to use the core features of the App.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

18. Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the content you select, upload, create, process, or generate through the App.

You must not use Cover to create, process, or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable law

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Violates another person's privacy or publicity rights

• Is fraudulent or deceptive

• Harasses, threatens, or harms others

• Misuses AI-generated voices or other AI-generated content

• Contains unlawful or abusive material

• Violates our Terms of Use

You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for photos, videos, music, audio recordings, voices, logos, trademarks, or other third-party content that you use.

19. Third-Party Services

Cover may use third-party services to provide analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, subscription functionality, or other technical services.

These third-party providers may independently process information according to their own privacy policies.

Our use of third-party services may change as we add, remove, or update App functionality.
