These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of the Cover application ("App", "Application", or "Service") operated by MK Apps Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "Company").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Cover provides creative tools and features that may allow you to:

Create and customize covers and designs
Create Instagram Highlight Covers
Create logos and other graphic designs
Use templates and creative assets
Create and use stickers
Use Widgets and Sticker Extensions
Create, edit, and process audio
Create ringtones
Extract audio from videos
Convert supported audio formats
Create MP3 files from supported media
Create alarm sounds
Create charging sounds
Generate AI voices from text
Generate AI-powered ringtone or audio content
Save drafts and projects locally on your device
Use other creative features that may be added to the App

The available features may change, be updated, or be removed from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You may use Cover only if you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are using the App on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. No Account Required

Cover does not require you to create an account or log in to use the core features of the App.

Some features, purchases, subscriptions, or third-party services may be associated with the account used through the applicable platform or service provider.

4. User Content

You may provide, select, create, upload, edit, process, or generate content through the App, including:

Images
Videos
Audio
Text
Designs
Logos
Stickers
Ringtones
Generated audio
AI-generated content
Other supported content

You retain ownership of content that you own and provide to the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorizations to use any content that you submit, process, edit, or create through the App.

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to use Cover to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
Violate another person's privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Impersonate another person for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
Create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
Harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person.
Create or distribute unlawful or abusive content.
Use the App for illegal activities.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or technical restrictions.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by applicable law.
Use automated systems or methods to interfere with the normal operation of the App.
Abuse, overload, or disrupt the App or its related services.
Misuse AI-generated voices or generated content.
Present AI-generated content as authentic content when doing so would be deceptive or misleading.
Use AI-generated voices to impersonate another person without appropriate authorization.
Use the App to generate content intended to facilitate fraud, scams, harassment, or other harmful activities.

We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue access to features where we reasonably believe the App is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

6. AI Voice Generation

Cover may provide an AI Voice Generation feature that converts text provided by you into generated audio using available AI voices.

When using AI Voice Generation:

You are responsible for the text you submit.
AI-generated voices may not always be identical, accurate, unique, or predictable.
Generated results may vary depending on the text, selected voice, and AI technology.
We do not guarantee that generated audio will meet your expectations.
AI-generated audio should not automatically be considered an authentic recording of a real person.
You must not use the feature to impersonate another person for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated voice content.

7. AI Ringtone and Audio Generation

Cover may provide AI-powered ringtone or audio-generation features.

Depending on the feature, supported audio, video, or image content may be processed to create or generate ringtone or audio content.

AI-generated results may vary and may not always be unique, accurate, or suitable for your intended purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any audio, music, videos, images, recordings, or other content submitted to these features.

You must not use these features to generate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is produced using automated technologies and may contain unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable results.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will:

Be accurate
Be unique
Be free from errors
Meet your expectations
Be suitable for a particular purpose
Be free from third-party rights or claims

You should review AI-generated content before using, publishing, sharing, or distributing it.

You are responsible for determining whether the generated content is appropriate for your intended use.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, interface, design, functionality, branding, logos, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to MK Apps Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

Copy the App or its underlying materials.
Modify or reproduce the App.
Distribute or sell the App.
Create derivative works based on the App.
Attempt to extract or reproduce proprietary components of the App.
Use our trademarks or branding without permission.

Templates, graphics, stickers, fonts, music-related assets, or other third-party materials available through the App may be subject to separate licenses or usage restrictions.

10. User Responsibility for Copyrighted Content

You are solely responsible for any copyrighted or third-party content that you use through Cover.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Music
Songs
Audio recordings
Videos
Images
Logos
Trademarks
Voices
Designs
Other creative works

You must obtain the necessary permission or license before using third-party content where required.

Cover does not grant you ownership of third-party content simply because the App allows you to process or edit it.

11. Templates and Creative Assets

Cover may provide templates and creative assets for customization.

Availability of templates and assets may change without notice.

Some assets may be subject to specific usage restrictions or third-party rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that your final use of any customized design complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

12. Local Drafts and Saved Projects

Cover may allow you to save drafts, designs, projects, settings, and other content locally on your device.

Because this content may be stored locally:

We do not guarantee that locally stored content will always remain available.
Deleting the App may permanently delete locally stored data.
Device failure, storage limitations, operating system changes, or other technical issues may result in loss of locally stored content.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of content that you want to keep.

We are not responsible for the loss of locally stored drafts or projects resulting from deletion of the App, device issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Sticker Extensions and Widgets

Cover may provide Sticker Extensions, Widgets, and other extension functionality.

These features may depend on device-level functionality and operating system capabilities.

We do not guarantee that every Widget or Extension will remain available or function on every device or software version.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue extension functionality at any time.

14. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Cover may offer subscriptions or other paid features.

Prices, subscription periods, available plans, and included features may vary and may be changed from time to time.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment platform to charge the applicable purchase price.

Subscription access is provided according to the terms associated with the plan you select.

15. Subscription Renewal

Unless cancelled according to the applicable subscription platform's cancellation process, a subscription may automatically renew at the end of its current subscription period.

You are responsible for reviewing the renewal terms presented at the time of purchase.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for a period that has already been charged.

Refunds are subject to the applicable payment platform's policies and requirements.

16. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management settings associated with the account used to make your purchase.

Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily terminate access immediately. Unless otherwise specified by the applicable platform, you may continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

17. Payments

Payments for subscriptions and digital purchases are processed through the applicable payment platform.

We do not directly store your complete payment card number or other complete payment credentials.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

18. Third-Party Services

Cover may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, including:

Analytics services
Crash reporting services
AI processing services
Subscription and payment services
Other technical services

Your use of features that depend on third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or be replaced by alternative providers.

19. Privacy

Your use of Cover is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, stored, and shared when you use the App.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App.

20. Availability and Changes to the App

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

This may include:

Adding new features
Removing features
Changing existing functionality
Changing templates or creative assets
Changing AI functionality
Changing subscription plans
Changing supported formats
Updating third-party services
Improving security or performance

We do not guarantee that any particular feature will always remain available.

21. App Updates

We may release updates to improve security, performance, compatibility, functionality, or user experience.

You may need to install updates to continue using certain features.

Some older versions of the App may eventually become unsupported.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available.
The App will operate without interruption.
The App will be free from errors or bugs.
All features will work on every device.
Generated content will be accurate or suitable.
AI-generated content will be unique.
Saved local content will never be lost.
Third-party services will always be available.
The App will meet every particular requirement or expectation.

You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MK Apps Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

This may include, where permitted by law:

Loss of data
Loss of content
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Service interruption
Device-related issues
Loss resulting from third-party services
Loss resulting from AI-generated content
Loss resulting from misuse of the App

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MK Apps Pvt Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your misuse of the App.
Your violation of another person's rights.
Your content.
Your use of AI-generated content.
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

25. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or certain features if:

You violate these Terms.
You misuse the App.
You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Your use creates security or operational risks.
We are required to do so by law.
We discontinue the relevant service or feature.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Termination of your use of the App does not automatically entitle you to a refund for purchases already made, unless required by applicable law or the applicable payment platform's policies.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the Company, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the App shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms presented within the App, constitute the agreement between you and MK Apps Pvt Ltd regarding your use of the App.
